Read the case →A marketing agency for manufacturers, Toronto, since 2002: websites with product search and a quote request that works, upbranding that keeps the name the industry knows, trade-show and sales materials. Berg Chilling Systems, founded in the 1970s and selling in 50+ countries, was a client from 2014 to 2025.
Somebody in the office has kept the site alive for years, and a buyer looking for a spec sheet or a quote now meets that first.
For the phone to ring from the site, three things have to change: an engineer finds the product, the specification and the quote request in two clicks; the manufacturing branding looks like the company that wins the tender; and the name the industry has known for decades stays. Building websites is not your core business, so we explain the choices in plain terms and run the site after launch.
Our record
Manufacturers since 2002: industrial cooling, metal fabrication, food manufacturing, storage systems, mining technology. Berg Chilling Systems, a client from 2014 to 2025, set a target of tripling sales and reached it between 2017 and 2023 with the brand and the website we built.

(04) Questions
It writes for engineers and purchasing managers: specifications, applications, certifications, lead times, not consumer slogans. It treats the product search and the quote request as the main event of the site. And it keeps a name with fifty years in the industry instead of replacing it: Berg Chilling Systems, a manufacturer since the 1970s, kept its wordmark while the colour, tagline, materials and website changed. Buyers now research first: according to Gartner (2026), 67% of B2B buyers prefer a rep-free experience and 45% used AI during a recent purchase.
Rarely. If the name has recognition in the industry, keep it and renovate the rest. Berg Chilling Systems, a Toronto manufacturer since the 1970s selling in more than 50 countries, kept its wordmark and got a new colour, tagline, materials and website; customers recognised the company and saw the new ambition. According to Shopify (2026), a brand refresh takes four to six weeks and a full brand overhaul three to five months at minimum. A refresh is usually the right call for a manufacturer.
Search by product and by industry, equipment pages with specifications and downloadable datasheets, certifications, case studies with figures, a quote request that asks the right questions, and a CRM behind it so sales sees the lead the same day. Fast on a phone, because it is read on the plant floor. The site has to answer the buyer's questions before the first call, and increasingly the buyer asks an AI assistant first: Forrester's 2025 Buyers' Journey Survey found 94% of business buyers use AI somewhere in the buying process.
According to GoDaddy Canada (2026), a large custom business website costs CAD $10,000 to $100,000; DesignRush (2026) puts a 15 to 40 page site at CAD $21,000 to $42,000 and a complex site with integrations at CAD $42,000 to $112,000. Manufacturers land in the upper bands because of product catalogues, datasheets, multilingual pages and ERP or CRM links. Timeline: Forbes Advisor (2024) gives 10 to 14 weeks for a professionally built site; DesignRush (2026) gives 10 to 14 weeks for a CAD $35,000 project. We quote your catalogue, not a page count.
Yes, regularly: booth panels, backdrops, roll-up banners, brochures and badges for two mining-technology companies and for Berg. Tell us the show date and the organiser's panel sizes on the first call; we plan the printing backwards from the show, which usually means artwork is final three weeks before the opening day. Late artwork is where the overtime and rush shipping costs come from, so the schedule is the first thing we fix.
Yes. Berg sells in more than 50 countries and its website was built for that: a structure where each market finds its pages, materials in English and French produced from one set of source files, and other languages with your translators. The same product data feeds every language version, so a specification change is made once.
Yes. Industrial search terms have low volume and high value, so the work is in the product and application pages, not in blog volume. A typical industrial term gets tens of searches a month in Canada and each one is a buyer with a purchase order.
