The call is booked for 20 minutes and usually runs longer, because we go through the task itself, or the problem. Bring the address of your website, what you sell and to whom, and what is not working. On the call you get our read and two or three ways to do it, in order. When the scope is clear, a price range on the call; when it is not, a written proposal within a few days. If your question is about AI search, we ask ChatGPT about your company while you watch. If we are not the right fit, we say so and name who is. No presentation afterwards, no follow-up sequence.
