Industries / Financial services Investment, wealth, lending, insurance · since 2002

The website undersells the firm. Compliance signs every word.

A financial services marketing agency in Toronto with investment, wealth and lending clients since 2004: websites, branding, search marketing and bilingual quarterly documents, written so compliance signs them. One firm every month since 2020, another for twelve years.

An investor researches the firm before the first meeting, and the site shows a smaller company than the one they will meet.

Fixing that means three things at once: a brand and a site that look like the firm today, drafts that go past compliance in the format they review, and a direct line to the people who built the site when something has to change or breaks: once you're a client, the answer comes within the hour on business days and the same day on weekends.

Our record

Financial firms in Toronto since 2002: investment managers, fund companies, a mortgage lender, an insurance brokerage. One client has been with us since 2004 by their own account on Clutch; the Caldwell group since 2014, every month since 2020. Dmitri runs the account.

Financial services
questions we get

What does a financial services marketing agency have to get right?

Three things: compliance review built into the workflow, a brand built on investment beliefs rather than last year's performance, and the research investors do before they call. According to Wealthtender's 2025 US survey, 96% of affluent households research an adviser online before hiring, even when referred, and 72% visit the firm's website. Drafts go to compliance in the format they review, disclaimers sit where regulators expect them, approved versions are kept on record. We have done this for an investment manager since 2020 and a wealth manager every quarter.

Can you work with our compliance department?

Yes. We send drafts in the format compliance reviews, keep the disclaimer blocks where regulators expect them and legible, and keep a record of approved versions with dates. Several of our financial clients have in-house compliance, including an investment manager we have worked with since 2020. We plan the review time into the schedule rather than fight it.

How much does a financial services website cost?

More than a general business site, because compliance reviews every page. According to DesignRush (2026), financial services websites run CAD $14,000 to $112,000 or more, with regulatory requirements named as the reason for the premium. GoDaddy Canada (2026) puts a large custom business site at CAD $10,000 to $100,000, and Clutch (2026) reports most agency web projects under CAD $14,000. Fund pages with documents, performance tables, investor forms and a French version push a firm toward the upper band. We quote your scope in writing after the first call.

Do you build websites for investment firms?

Yes. ABC Funds had its website rebuilt by us on a WordPress CMS with a French version; Caldwell had two sites built in 2026. The pattern repeats: fund pages with documents, performance tables your team updates without a developer, investor forms that reach the right person, accessibility, and a staging site where compliance signs off before anything goes live.

Do you do SEO for financial firms?

Yes, monthly, for an investment manager since 2020 and for a holding company since 2017. It includes protecting what people see when they search the firm's name and the names of its principals, which matters more in finance than anywhere else. Content is written for compliance review from the first draft, so the monthly plan survives the review instead of dying in it.

Do you produce bilingual investor documents?

Yes, every quarter for a wealth management client: fund sheets, commentaries and presentations in English and French from one set of source files, on the calendar the funds publish. One set of files means the two languages cannot drift apart between quarters. Send us one past quarter's package and we will tell you what the production cycle would look like.

Will AI assistants recommend us to investors?

Only if your pages give them something to quote. According to Wealthtender's 2025 US survey, about one in four affluent households planning to hire an adviser intend to start the search with an AI tool such as ChatGPT or Gemini. The AI Search Visibility audit, CAD $3,500 fixed, runs 40 to 60 investor questions through ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Perplexity and Claude, records which firms they name and why, and gives you the fix list within 10 business days.
